British media reported on Saturday that a 35-year-old man was found guilty of stalking US Open tennis champion Emma Raducanou.
Bromley Magistrates Court sentenced Amrit Magar on Friday after he was repeatedly caught on camera footage at the door of the 19-year-old player’s home in south London, where he lives with his parents.
Magar, a former courier, left Radukan flowers, a love note and a hand-drawn map, foreseeing him walking 23 miles (37 km) from his home in northwest London to reach her, according to the Daily Mail.
Next month, the court will pass judgment on him.
